Propeller shaft coupling key to be repaired and tapered portion to be matched w.r.t. propeller shaft taper.

Propeller & coupling bedding to be done in way to respective shaft

1 no. intermediate shaft to be replaced

Stern tube aft bush to be renewed 10 kg

Damaged CI Propeller dia 32" to be replaced

A-bkt G.M. bush shell renewal - 10 Kg x 2 nos.

Gland bushes to be resolved - 6 Kg x 2 nos.

Gland cover to be renewed - 5 Kg x 2 nos.

Rudder stock journal portion to be metalized and machined along with renewal of flanges

Rudder buses to be re-rubberized 2 nos. each

Rudder stock lower bush to renew - 5 kg x 2 nos.

Engine overhaul:

Gear box overhaul

Painting of entire vessel:

Primer all over (1 coat)
