Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 2x500 LPD Solar Water Heating System ETC tube based type made with GI ( Ceramic coating ) inner tank consisting of 32 tubes of size 58 mm dia x 2100 mm length for 2x500 Liter covered with 50 mm PUF insulation and cladded with outer coated GI 0.45 mm of any BIS approved sheet with 2 KW electrical back-up with thermostat with 2x1 Temperature gauge, complete system as per MNRE specification with one year warranty from the date of installation. Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up section , trucesse and frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, i/c all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fiitings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.Internal work - Exposed on wall (i) 25 mm nominal outer dia pipes

(ii) 20 mm nominal outer dia pipes

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete :(i) 25 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality :(i) 20 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality :(i) 20 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing gun metal non-return valve of approved quality (screwed end) :(i) 25 mm nominal bore (Horizontal)

Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc :(i) 20 mm nominal bore

Making connection of GI distribution branch with GI main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the etc complete :(i) 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. (1000 ltr tank)
