Animal Sling, Large animal sling is composed of 4 legs (Approx. 6 feet) of 2 inch iron pipes of length. These pipes are welded on top by square of 26*26 inches of similar diameter pipe. Legs of two opposite sides are welded transversely with a similar diameter pipe located at 3 feet and 3 inch height from ground. The other two straight side are kept open. A 1.5 ton chain pulley is welded on one of the transverse pipe. The wire of chain pulley reaches to a rectangular welded pipe of 4'10''*2' size through five pulleys of 4'' size. The edge of this pipe have many hooks to attach a strong synthetic cloth (5'6''*5'3''). This cloth has five holes to accommodate the limbs and udder/sheath of the animal. This cloth has five strips, put of which to on either ends. These strips are attached with iron rings at their respective ends. Animal's legs are taken out of the holes of the cloth and cloth's rings are attached to the rectangular pipe through hooks. the chain pulley is used to put animal in comfortable position by either pulling up or keeping down. The entire device is portable and can easily be shifted through wheels. (As per enclosed line diagram)

Cattle Crush Tubular, made of G.I. Pipe with outside diameter 60mm, height of front & back pillar 1980 mm, length & breadth of Cattle Crush be 1830 x 877 mm respectively. All Four Pillars should be provided holes at 75mm distance from bottom and be provided with round bars of 12mm diameter & 300 mm long, side pillars be joined by 2 tubular beams having 60 mm outside diameter, the insided distance between the two beams being 477 mm. The two sides of beams should be supported by Two G.I. pipers of 48 mm diameter. Lower Side beam at 1223 mm height and upper side beam at 1700 mm height. Circular 1 inch painted marking on all four pillars at the height of 450mm from below to indicate ground fill / fixation. Cattle Crush should also be provided with an adjustable gate to open sides. Gate should consist one sliding G.I. pipe on two horizontal pipe of 60mm outer diameter to secure the neck of animal. Two extra G.I. pipe 1.2 mtr. long of 60mm outer diameter should be provided for the backsides. Two metalic loops on each side vertical rear pillar to control Cattle from backside be provided. All the G.I. pipes used should be of ISI Mark 'A' class with visible ISI Mark on every meter of pipe. All the joints should be electrically welded. (Note-Weight of the cattle crush should comply with the norms of the ISI Mark, 'A' Class GI pipe standard of specified diameters with variable maximum/minimum permissible limits).
