| 1 Overhauling of Billet Cutting Machine 1.1 Clean the below chains, sprockets below torch bearings and plummer blocks, replace worn out/damaged plummer blocks and bearings. 1.2 Cut the damage portion of the conveyor guard, cut the required dimensions and weld on the cut portion of the conveyor guard. 1.3 Cleaning of Hydraulic power pack and its surrounding thoroughly and Fill the new Hydraulic Oil with servo system 32 1.4 The welding joints on the north side of the bloom loading unit shall be cut and removed. Using the EOT crane, the north-side stationary bed (bloom) & support billets shall be lifted & positioned at nominated place. A 20 mm thick plate shall be cut to dimensions of 2 m x 1 m (width x length) to fabricate a base plate. The fabricated 20 mm base plate shall be positioned and two support billets shall be installed vertically over the base plate to prevent sagging of the bloom loading unit, the stationary bed (bloom) shall be repositioned and welding shall be carried out at all joint, including the bed, support billets and base plate. Additional welding shall also be carried out at all identified cracked areas of the bloom loading unit.. 2 Overhauling of Turn Table 2.1 Strengthen the chain guard with proper hinges and locking arrangements, lock rods.Weld knurling lines over rollers 3 Overhauling of LFM conveyors 3.1 Dismantle top cover guard and plummer blocks(approx.44 nos). Clean all the chains, sprockets and plummer blocks, replace the damaged plummer blocks. 3.2 Overhauling of Descaling Unit: Dismantle the complete unit, service the rollers, replace the bearing for rollers. Replace the springs with new one and assemble back the unit. 4 Overhauling of Axle End Cutting Machine and complete Conveyor Unit. 4.1 Replace the below torch bearings of the rollers on both side of the roller shaft with new one (10 Nos). 4.2 Remove bend, Repair and strengthen the pulley holding base of bin transfer, replace the pulley if damaged, weld thoroghly. 5 Overhauling of band saw machine (big and small) 5.1 Inspect the inner brass bush, bearings, pipe lines, wheel pulley, gear box, hoses, coneyor rollers, chain, chain guard, plummer block and replace if worn out 5.2 Dismantel the hydraulic cylinders and shift the released cylinders to EMMS. Shift back the serviced from emms and assemble the unit onto the machine, turn on the hydraulic and check for leakages, arrest if any leakages noticed 5.3 Clean the hydraulic tank and assemble back, top up 32 grade oil in the tank. 6 Supervision charges (2 nos) | — | — | — | 3,86,602.14 |
