M&L for 50 mm thick (avg) guniting in patches on to the required area on RCC parapets walls, columns, beams, stairs, lintels, sunshades, roofing slab etc. of all sizes and shapes at all heights from existing ground floor and all locations with cement and sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) under 2 to 2.8 Kg/Cm2 pressure after removing the damaged loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust and applying one coat of rust convertor kp-100 or equivalent grade over reinforcement wherever necessary providing and tying in position with 75mm x 75mm, square size with 2.946mm dia mild steel wire welded mesh over treated surface ready to receive grouts, curing for 10 days etc, complete operation all as directed including labour charges hire for all tools and plant machineries cost of consumables, scaffolding all types of protective equipments, plant floors, pipelines, vessels, materials etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allow to dry. To this surface apply chemistic polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture’s instructions. (ii) When polymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is to be done with polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instruction. Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorized deale or equivalent. (iii) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Demolition of brick work built in CM incl quoins, arches, pillers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6),(up to two story Bldg) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dismantling of brick tiles (laid flat or on edge) on roof surface.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping upto two storey bldg incl necessary scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and directed(whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and removing from cantonment area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof pedding, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including cleaning the concrete surface by steel wire brushes, up to three stories bldgs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1 :4 with water proofing compound on roof to make surface at level after cleaning PCC surface with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, Priming roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment over roofs comprising of the following complete all as specified & as directed:-

(a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surface shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated.

(b) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 (Grade S-35).

(c) Laying 3mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, (weight not less than 160 gm/Sqm) with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface.

Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. The contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectiveness of water proofing treatment, 2.5% of work done of water proofing treatment shall be retained from contractors payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of this work, or in lieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said amount for 10 years which shall be released by GE on expiry of satisfactory completion of 10 years period.

M&L for plain cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigment as in roof tiles of size 250 mm x250mm x 20 to22 mm thick laid over 20 mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and gap between tiles not exceeding 8 mm , grouted up to full thickness of tile with cement mortar (1:3) Mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness on cooking platform, floors, aprons, skirting etc laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work, 18-20 mm thk (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, cooking platforms, skirtings with necessary hole for gas pipe where ever required and likes on cement mortar bedding of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 including pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match including rounded edges with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X300X7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame, complete as specified by the manufacturer and complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE : Rates for water proofing compound/ polymer deemed to be included in the above rates.

M&L for providing and applying a bond coat of Latex:Water:cement - 1:4:6 consumption @100gm/sqm on the brick wall surface by brush as per manufacturer's recommendations including curing complete all as specified and as directed.

Expose the first joint of masonry structure at ground level horizontally. The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibly penetrated area. Damaged mortar joints are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm. Drilling Holes : Drilling holes 10mm diameter in masonary structure along the side of the joint as per manufacturer's instructions so as to cross the brick/ block at the intervals spacing of 15-30cm depending on extent of rising dampness as per recommendation of engineer in charge. Cleaning of holes : Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Install latex polymer packer injection packers 9.8mm diameter, 10cm long in the holes and tighten. Fix the packer securely using sealent. Cutting of Packers : Cut the packers after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Supply and apply of a 3 part, very low viscous, elastic polyacrylic injection resin with a versatile and adjustable reaction time having Mixed viscosity : 3-11 M.pa.s at +20 Deg C, Reaction time : adjustable according to ambient temperatrure and execution requirement between 8-50 mins, pH – 9-10, tested as per Wissbau No. 2002-094-(1A) – Function test with re-injectible hose system. The holes should be drilled until a depth of approx 5 cm (for a 6cm thick wall) before the end of the wall is reached. Pump injcection of polymer resin compound at >20 bar into or behind fissures or into masonry joint which are allowing water to infiltrate into unwanted areas. If voids in masonry being injected contain insufficient moisture to activate the grout inject a small amount of water prior to injecting the grout. When movement stops or polymer compound appears at the packer move to the next packer and inject. If the dampness is heavy, inject similarly at next joint line complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering with ready mix plaster on faces of brick or concrete wall surface, finished even and smooth on wall upto four stories bldgs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick average rendering with ready mix plaster on ceiling of concrete surface finished even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Srl item No. 101 & 102 :- 1. Make of readymix plaster shall be Birla Aerocon/Ultratech Readiplast/ACC Accoplast/Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd Renderoc and as approved by GE. 2. The readymix plaster shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or from their authorised dealer. 3 The contractor shall produce original purchase voucher of readymix plaster while claiming RAR/ Final Bill. 4. The Engr-in-Charge shall verify the genuineness of these purchase vouchers before endorcing.
