Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying and streching the cable and punned down to from a bed to a minimum 23 cm , The punning shall be done by hand.complete all as specified in clause 19.7.5 of SSR Part-1 of 2009.. Note:- 1.Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2.Punned thickness shall be made and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class - HV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI pipe ( Light grade ) for protection of HT cable fixed to walls/ poles/road crossing including suitable size clamps complete of size 100 mm bore dia , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminum conductor 11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches complete all as specified and as direcetd. (Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil ,cable cover ,sand cushioning and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item).

M & L for Construction of platform of size 3000 x 2500 x 1200 mm for installation of transformer with brick steps on one side, chain link fencing around transformer, fencing should have hinged door and locking arrangements complete all as per Drg No. CEPZ/C-TD/002/13 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cable route indicator made out of 6mm thick mild steel sheet of size 20 cm X 15 cm duly coated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly written the size of HT cable in white paint and welded to equal angle of size 30X30X3mm, 60 cms long and errected in ground in such a way that it is 30 cm above ground level and 30 cm below ground level. The portion below ground level should be embedded in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-I, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 15 cm X 20 cm X 45 cm all as specified & directed. Note:- Cost of PCC and earth work & excavation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV  630 Amps,  25 kA for 1 Sec (Rated Short Circuit), Non extensible, Outdoor type, 1 way RMU with 1 LBS, SF6 insulated, 11 KV Ring Main Unit contained within Robotically welded Stainless Steel Tank & RMU Main Tank should be of 3mm thick stainless steel robotically welded with degree of protection IP-67 suitable for outdoor use, type tested for internal arc test for IAC AFL for 21KA for 1 sec.Short Time withstand (STC) rating of the RMU should be 25 kA for 1secs. Load Break Switch should be type tested for mechanical endurance of min.5000 nos. of operations. (M2 class) .RMU shall be suitable for operation at an altitude of upto 1000 meter above MSL.The RMU shall be complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:- (1)  630 Amp, 25kA, triple pole, single break, 3-postion ('ON', 'OFF' and 'EARTH') ring main switches, each with independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated eart h switch, with provision for earth and test of the cable. (2)  Cable boxes at each LBS shall be suitable for bottom entry of HV cables of size upto 120 sqmm and shall be located to the front/side/Rear side of the RMU.Necessary Terminal Protector Boots should be supplied with each RMU. Compound filled cable boxes are not acceptable. The Ring Main Unit should comprise of the following accessories: (a)  1 Mimic diagram on front panel complete with status indicators.  (b) 1 No. SF6 gas pressure indicator for each SF6 Gas tank.   (c) Front bottom entry of HT cables. (d) 4 set of right angle boots.  (e) Cable Bushings should be site replaceable type
