Supply and Fix 2nd class hardwood factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc., without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered, rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members as specified in SSR Part 1 section 8 clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated. complete all as directed and specified.

S & F Windows/ Ventilators frame fabricated from galvinised steel rolled sections (Base steel as per IS 513 "D" quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc @ of 120 gms/Sqr. Mtr) powder coated with total coated thickness of 0.58mm. Paint Specifications: Sections should be painted with Primer coat of Epoxy Primer of 5-7 microns thick, finished with Powder Coating of pure Polyester up to 50-60 microns thick. Dimensions of Sections: Sections for Frame should be of 72mm x 55mm, Section for Mullion should be of 72mm x 50mm, Section for Shutter Frame should be of 47mm x 20mm, Section for Fixing Glass Bead should be of 12mm x 12mm, and Section for fixing Fly Mesh should be of 40mm x 20mm.
