(Note : The height of walls is up to 16 m, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) type E2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken slab and like, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling the Chowkats/frames complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, culvert and the like set in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, steel reinforcement using TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) and not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, Pressed steel door frame of size 105 x 60 mm using 1.25 mm thick sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, 30 mm thick Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete including Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, including making good to jambs with cement mortar (1:4) and finished to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, 35 mm thick Factory made Second class hardwood Glazed, gauged and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to Chowkats all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick plain framed paneled factory made shutters(two panel) with IInd class hardwood rail and style with lock rail and panel of 12 mm BWP commercial ply with commercial veneer on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 Part - I , kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable boards in cup boards & shelves, Supply and fix, 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, commercial face on one side and with decorative choice lamination on other face, fixing with screws to timber frame work inlcuding provision of 6 mm thick teak wood edging as in cup boards and shelves, complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-securing or easing or adjusting wooden door shutters of any description (without taking off shutter from frame), of area exceeding 1 sq m but not exceeding 2 sq m each, including making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to steel window / ventilator shutters of (area not exceeding 0.60 Sq m) any description, including replacing handles, steel hinges of any pattern, peg stay etc., and making window / ventilator absolutely working condition, welding (if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, mild steel work as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down brackets for curtain rod, supply and fixing brackets suitable for drapery rod of 25 mm dia, with wall thickness of 0.63 mm thick, bright finish, colour and pattern as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Aerolux / Vista / MEC)

Supply and fix powder Coated aluminium frames and shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) and fabricating of doors, windows, ventilators and fixed partitions with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap bending crews etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- i) For payment purpose weight of aluminium section shall be measured and paid, ii) Cost of aluminium mongery. lock, rubber packing, rollers for sliding shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate, iii) Sheet glass and wire gauge shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Material and labour, 25 mm thick, Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in pavings / plinth protection laid in panels, and joints filled with bitumen and sand mixed in 1:3 by weight, finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub-base, finishing the surfaces even and fair to receive finishings (if any), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwok, finishing the surfaces even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, haunching, padding concrete (including mixing with water proofing liquid as per manufacturers instructions) for obtaining uniform slope on roof top and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only liquid based water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Renewing glazed ceramic tiles in patches area not exc.5 sq m including preparing the beds and laying of new tiles setting jointing and pointing etc matching with the existing surfaces, including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Grade B-IIa), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sq m but not exceeding 0.11 sq m, as in flooring, set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, Joint free non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Grade B-IIA), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in flooring, set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, for Chequered Plain cement concrete commercial tile flooring with tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 20-22 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, for 18 to 20 mm thick, mirror polished machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring, over and including screed bed in cement mortar 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, for 18 to 20 mm thick, mirror polished machine cut Kota stone slab as in skirting / dado, over and including backing coat in cement mortar 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Grinding and polishing to existing terrazzo flooring, polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement providing, 1 mm thick Brushbond RFX (two component acrylic polymer modified cementious coating consisting of Brushbond RFX powder and Nitobond BBX acrylic emulsion grey in colour of Make FOSROC) complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, all as specified and as directed.
