Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick ready mix cement based plaster on external surfaces with and including mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, including necessary scaffolding suitable for any height of buildings, covering etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10 mm thick ready mixed cement base plaster on internal surfaces on brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 5 mm thick ready mixed cement base plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and applying wall care putty of 3mm thick over plastered surface by rubbing down with sand paper and make surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injection chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4% Concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut / injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30 mm and spraying with solution 25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration diluted with 1 ltr of water) and removing the Plant / vegetation of following girth including penetrated roots complete including necessary scaffolding etc for plants / vegetation of size 0-20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed for buildings up to and including 4 storeys

M&L for silicon gun paste around windows of any type and size incl any height of the building by using scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old external plastered /concrete wall surfaces by wire brushing / grinding using mechanical means to remove all dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance, algae and other foreign matter. The surface shall thereafter be washed by using mechanical water nozzle with clean water and allowed to dry completely. All visible cracks and joints shall be treated by opening in V-groove and filling with approved non-shrink, polymer modified crack sealing compound of reputed make such as Sika/Dr Fixit/Berger/Asian Paints or equivalent approved, and allowed to cure for 24 hours. Thereafter, apply one coat of undiluted fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane, PU modified, impregnated with synthetic fibres, applied by mechanically operated airless spray machine, at an approximate coverage of 4 sqm/litre per coat, and allowed to dry for minimum 6 hours as per manufacturer’s recommendation. Subsequently, apply two coats of 100% acrylic emulsion water-based top coat with silicone additives having rich sheen finish, applied by airless spray machine with brush finishing where required, at an approximate coverage of 5 to 5.5 sqm/litre for two coats, with minimum 8 hours interval between coats, to achieve uniform finish matching existing shade. The work shall include all necessary scaffolding up to 11th floor or any height, safety arrangements, surface protection, masking, cleaning, curing, and all incidental works complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
