Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), terrace including existing roof treatment (screed plaster,& tarfelt of any description) and removing to a distance exc. 1.5Km and n.exc. 5 Km from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course etc over roof/terrace surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for apply acrylic based waterproofing flexible liquid applied single component, weather resistant acrylic water proofing membrane for all types of exposed roof slabs (new and old) terraces (slopped and flat) etc with ultra voilet rays and heat reflecting system complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor & pavings (including floor tile ) n.exc 15 cm thick below or above GL, including removing excavated material at a distance exc 1.5km and n.exc 5km distance and depositing where as directed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, pavings, 50 mm thick, laid in alternate bays, cutting grooves and filling bitumen mastic mixed with sand and bitumen finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls / ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces,(upto 3rd floor), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of scaffolding is included in quoted unit rate and nothing extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces on ceiling in CM 1:4 etc and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls (upto 3rd floor) complete all as specified and directed

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M& L for Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work n. exc 15 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing/cutting trees, vegetation, digging out roots from concrete or brick wall filling holes on building (block of 4/6/8/12/18 qtrs) wall/roof/chajja/water tank staging area etc and making good with CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 litre but n. exc 500 litre for repair work, cleaning etc and refixing the same in positionafter repair work is over complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 13 here-in-before but capacity of tank exc 500 litres and n. exc 1000 litres.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Unplasticized PVC pipes of bore 20mm, pressure rating 10 Kg/Sqcm fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed
