| 2.01 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract including all spares as and when require of Split air conditioning system of Variable Refrigerant flow (VRF) AC system 3 (Three) Nos each capacity 18 (Eighteen) HP installed at Howrah Irrigation Division, Beltala Nabanna Howrah.
Scope of Maintenance : Following maintenance must carried out by agency:
1) Each unit will be provided 4 (Four) routine services in a year which will be discharge by agency's authorized mechanics/ technician at equal interval.
The routine servicing must cover the following works : a) Checking operational performance parameters. b) Cleaning of blower, condenser fan, air filters, evaporator coil, condeser coil & equipment c) Oiling the motor if required d) Verification of insulation.
2) Agency must under take the repairs of following components which are covered under scope: a) compressor b) Fan Motor c) PCB d) Gas Refilling e) Capacitor and Relays f) Thermostat switch g) Remot controller h) Fan blower. i) all related PCB for indoor & Out door as and when required.
3) Agency arrange to under take repairs of the unit or parts thereof and overhauling the unit through experience technician free of charge if require in service station or site when such repairs/ services arise out of normal wear and tear during the contract period.
