Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

Removal of Plants like Pipal Plant etc. from the roofs, shafts and from other parts of the Building at all heights and removing its roots, and pouring solution of Chlorpyriphos E.C 20% in the root of plants and making good the same complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked sewer line from Manhole to Manhole including removing of all rubbish, garbage, sludge etc. complete in all respects in BSNL Staff Quarters, T.E. Buildings & Admn. Buildings as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-T&P for the work shall be arranged by the agency). (Number of manholes to be counted for payment)

Cleaning of blocked floor traps, P or S traps for WC etc including removing of all rubbish, garbage, sludge etc. complete in all respects (Note:-T&P for the work shall be arranged by the agency).

Cleaning of Stainless steel letters (BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED TELEPHONE BHAWAN) in Hindi and (TELEPHONE BHAWAN) in English on front wall and (BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED ) in English on Left wall of Building on all heights with suitable material all complete as per directions of Engineer In Charge.

Painting of 3D BSNL LOGO having two arrows surrounding a semi globe like structure fixed on front wall of Building with synthetic enamel paint with standard pattern of colours at all heights complete as per directions of Engineer In Charge.
