Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors, sub base, plinth protection and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors / paved surface etc complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path, hard standing and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or concrete wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for two coats of waterproof chemical coating on plaster/concrete surface using shalicem WPC of STP or equivalent of any other water proofing company as per manufacturer's instruction to protect masonry from leakage/sepage etc complete.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc framed guard bars, barred iron door etc and similar work confirming to Fe -290 gde E-165

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces of roads berms in cutting to the required level gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in depression which occurs during the process with approved earth complete all as specified and as directed.

Soling (or sub base) of 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone (grading 80 to 40 mm) interstices filled surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 ton power roller and consolidated to required gradient & camber.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement / hard standing / concrete road of flexural strength 40 kg/sq centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, and using non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement @ 0.25 Kg by weight of cement ,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less etc complete all as specified.

Supply only non circular polyster triangular fibres synthetic reinforcemewnt Make Reacon 3S approved by GE or any equivalent make approved by GE.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminious filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' for thicknes of concrete 150mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 50mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for forming construction joints 60mm deepx10mm wide filled wiith sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide & not exc 1.5 mtr deep for taking out pipe & laying of pipe & getting out in soft / loose soil for diverting of CI pipe line complete all as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, laveling, watering & well ramming in layers not. exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Taking up or down old unserviceable GI tubing 80 mm bore of any graded including connections and cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying 3 layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes 90 mm outer dia, SDR 7.4 (PN 16), UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches/ wall including all fittings such as socket / union / Tee / Reducer / Nipple / flanges etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80 mm bore CI sluice valve PN-1.0 IS 14846-2000 with spindle iron (heavy duty) wheel head and both ends flanged and MS nut bolts and washers and pair of rubber/fiber gasket and fixed in position complete all as directed.

Material and labour for constrution of valves pit chamber of size (internal dimension 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm) using PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick, 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all aroung the brick work with 1:6 cement motar PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20 mm graded aggregate for grouting MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement MS frame out of 40 x 40 x 5mm thick angle iron including paintaing of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to adistance not exceeding 50 mtrs including demolition / dismantling of existing cracked valve chamber complete all as specified and directed.
