Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in flooring, jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing over 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 over roughed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10mm cement mortar 1:4 jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of pressed steel frame made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick of size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates with and including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including filling of concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 back of chowkhats, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- During Fixing of chowkhat, surface Shall be make good in plumb with existing finishes like cement plaster ,similar wall tile,floor tile etc and as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick (factory made) plain framed panelled door shutters of 2nd class hard wood two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply ,the size of rail and style as per IS : 1003 Part-I, Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treatedfactory made shutters wood is to be incorporated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface exc 10cm width or girth, and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on already primed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for for preparation of new wood or wood based surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded including 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc. 0.50Sqm in each pane and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, including 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc. 0.50Sqm in each pane and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6 including demolition of existing brick work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement, including taking down existing plaster with two coats of OBD of any tint using paint roller over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing plaster, with two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof anti fungal paint using paint roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of chajjas roof projections ceiling facia etc average 15mm thick in cm 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even& smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emultion paint incl making of drip course as reqd complete incl roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :Rate for form work or scaffolding if reqd to be incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for rendering or plastering work 10mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia or edging of Chajjas, ceiling and roof projections etc, including taking out pealed off plaster / concrete and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement including applying two coats of weather proof emultion paint for facia, chajja, and roof projection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preperation of old painted surfaces of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling including cornices, pillasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke dust, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and removing oily and greasy spots etc applying one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pillasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke dust, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and removing oily and greasy spots etc applying one coats of oil bound distemper on old surfaces of walls using paint roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying 2mm thick white putty on wall surfaces and prepare the surface of putty by rubbing the surface with sand paper to make the surface even and smooth free from depressions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvanlume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls,fixed vwith self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation board/slab/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Position suspended false ceiling system using T-grid suspended ceiling grid system. The size of grid shall be 600 x 600mm with GI frame work main runner 38 x 24mm x 3600 mm, cross tee 25 x 24 x 600mm / 25 x 24 x 1200mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 2540mm ( thickness of the material of 0.30 mm), using 9mm thick ceiling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil back available in due drop texture as per IS-2095, part-I-1996, fixed in the grid of T-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dig GI bar hanger from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
