M&L for Maintenance, servicing cleaning of the 1.5/2 ton split type air conditioner at site, cleaning of equipment with blower for removing dust checking the wiring, running capacitor, staring relay, overload relay, thermostat switchs condesor motor, blower/condensor fan rectification of fault, connecting and testing on load complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Replacement of spare or gas shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) After servicing the said ACs will be fixed to its original position.

Description all as per BoQ Srl item No 1.00 here-in-before but 2 Ton window type

Supply and charging refrigerant F-22/R-22 (Mefron/Refron) gas for 1.5/2.00 Ton Split /Window AC at site after detection and rectification of any leackage in the system by sing CO2 gas and flushing the complete system thoroughly with nitrogen gas complete all as specified & directed.

Description all as per Srl item No. 3.00 here-in-before but R-134 complete all as specified & directed. Note for Srl item No. 3.00 & 4.00 of BOQ/Sch of works : - The cost of nitrogen and CO2 gas used for leakage test and pressure test prior to filling charging gas shall be deemed to be included in this item rate

M & L for installing , testing , commissioning hermitically sealed compressor of the existing make and model incl soldering, welding, brazing and testing on load for for split type AC of 1.5 ton Cap.of any make including disconnecting, cutting and taking out u/s sealed unit (Hermitically sealed) of any capacity and make and model and removing from site for taking credit complete all as specified & directed.
