Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Mannually drilling (bockey ) under the road/path without disturbing the top surface upto 200mm pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundation for brick pillars or repair to road path for laying of pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of brick work of required size and shape, with sub class 'B' bricks in cement morter 1:4 for suppoeting of pipe line, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and fair, complete all specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron CI/DI/GI water mains including all fittings with spigot socket ends and lead/tyton joints including burning out lead joint and depositing in MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes

Supplying, Laying, jointing, testing and commmisioning of DI Pipe with spigot (K-7) and socketed ends centrifugally cast laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed at site for the following sizes :-

Labour work required for taking out suction pipe from sump of any capacity,dismantling of foot valve of capacity 80mm size, screw/flanged type and relowering after refixing in position the same duly cleaned/minor repair if any required such as replacement of ruber gasket/lifting bolts & nuts including making threads for the suction pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plate earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 32mm x 6mm strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all surrounded by adequete quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, earth strip encased in 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe, including providing watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of the earth pit to the top of the electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B - O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, earth work and RCC cover complete all as specified and as directed. and shown in electrical plate number 3 of SSR part -1, including taking down.

Taking down and depositing to MES storeyard existing electric motor 3 phase 415V 50 cycles AC, 5 HP capacity from existing platform foundations/coupling opening the motor cutting and removing the burnt windings cleaning the starter and rotor with cleaning agent , rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make , insulating winding with same class of insulation , varnishing, backing up and fixing on existing platform with nuts, bolts and re-connecting to the pump, testing the motor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling centrifugal pump set 15 HP coupled with electric motor 3 phase 415 volt from the foundation bed for repairs and complete servicing and reinstalling the pump with necessary bolts, nuts and washers including cleaning and removing the scales , greasing, reassembling , coupling in position testing and commissioning the pumpset up to satisfaction level complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor wire 1100 volt, single core including conduit of the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed. :-

Material and labour for removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth from the existing suction/ delivery pipe line including headers of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting to existing surface by using spray gun with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on existing suction/ delivery pipe lines, including Pumps/Motors of any size using Blue/dark Grey colour as per site requirement , of first quality , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F single phase preventer for three phase motor fixed in existing LT panel complete with fixing arrangement, wire etc of model no VSP-2 of Minilack, or equivalent of ABP/L&T/ Indoasian complete all as specified and as directed. Make -Minilack/ English Electric/ ABB

S&F copper lugs 4 to 25 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pressure gauge 4"dial 0-14 Kgs/sqcm rating with body made of polycarbonate & polypropylene,clear glass for measuring pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing Interlocking Tiles and re-fixing the same after laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed .
