M & L in replacment well cap with housing clamp for upto 300 mm dia bore pipe in two pieces having 80 mm dia hole in centre with external braket of flat iron of size 100X6 mm thick complete with nuts, bolts and washers etc including welding, painting etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning internal portion of stone masonry/RCC underground/ Semi Underground water storage sump of capacity upto 1,00,000 gallons including following process:- (a) Mechanised removal of all remaining dirty water by high capacity submersible pump set (b) Removal of sludge by Vacuum operated German pump (c) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and bottom of tank by German made high pressure rotary jet 120 bar pressure (d) Removal of all dirty particles by industrial wet vacuum cleaner leaving the tank 99.9 % physically cleaned (e) Sterilization of tank by Eco-friendly bio-degradable and highly effective against all pathogens (f) Sterilization of tank atmosphere by industrial UV radiator leaving the tank completely sterilized by Specilized method complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnectiong existing defective electric motor of any make and capacity 30 to 50 HP from electric mains by isolating the naked connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, discouple from pump etc opening of motor for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge & carry out minor repairs at site re-assembling the motor after repair, refixing in position re-connecting same as prior to removing from foundation including replacement of nuts, bolts washers if necessiates of suitable size, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of parts included this item. (b) In case of repairs not possible at site, the motor shall be shifted to contractor’s wksp and cost of shifting to wksp and back to site included in the item rates. (c) Replacement of winding, Shaft ,bearings etc to be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No.66 above but capacity upto 5HP of any type .

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity 30 to50 HP (defective motor taken out in item No. 66above) and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity 30 to 50 HP, 3 Phase with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 68 here in before but upto 5 HP, three phase, of any type & size(defective motor taken out in item No. 67 above) .

Disconnecting electric connections from starter, disconnecting the water connections carefully by unscrewing the nuts, bolts and taking out the submersible pump set from the well including column pipes, and submersible cable, disconnecting the pump and motor opening the pump and motor to locate the faults in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, and carry out necessary repairs as directed including transporting to workshop, re-assembling the same after repair, taking down to the well, including column pipe of any dia, 10 ft long, and submersible cable, which have been taken out, re-connecting all electrical and water connections as per existing complete testing and commissioning including new packing materials, nuts, bolts, washers of suitable size all as specified and as directed.Note :- (a) Replacement of parts included this item.
