Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16mm thick inside Plastering with cement mortar(1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing wall surface of wall with Acrylic Wall Putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost conveyance and royalties of all materials etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Distempering two coats including Primer coat over interior wall surface with Distemper of approved shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all lobour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vetrified tile of size 60cm x 60cm in floors with application of polymer modified cement based water resistance adhesive bed of required thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes etc. complete required for the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vetrified tile of size 60cm x 60cm in Dado with application of polymer modified cement based water resistance adhesive bed of required thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes etc. complete required for the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather seal coat (two coats) over a coat of cement primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of priming including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.

2.5 cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm. size hard granite chips on new work as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with Aluminum anodised T section No.3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc complete as per direction of E.I.C.
