LOT-06 Supply Of Miscellaneous Articles to CP Dharwad and Jurisdiction Prisons

Bidder should have supplied Food articles / Food grains or similar articles to Central Government / State Government / Public Sector Undertaking / Public Corporation / Government Boards for a value not less than 50% of the estimated bid value during each year of 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

Bidder must have been registered under State / Central Government registering agency not less than 3years from the last date of bidding.

Bidder must have Main Registered Office or Branch Office for the respective firm which is not less than 3 years from the last date of bidding within Karnataka.

Bidder must have Godown anywhere in Karnataka as per FSSAI Standards and such Godown must be registered in the name of bidder firm.

The bidder shall agree to supply entire quantity of tendered items as per the delivery schedule

The Bidder must have valid Trade License / License from any State / Central Government authority for trading of Food articles / Food Grains / Vegetables / Fruits / Mutton / Chicken / Fish / Egg / Raw Materials requirement for the Bakery and Factory.

The Bidder must have valid and related FSSAI Certificate.

Bidder must not be involved or accused in any Criminal Case.The Bidder must not have been Blacklisted from any Central Government / State Government / Public Sector Undertaking / Public Corporation / Government Boards.Declaration of acceptance of terms and conditions Supply of Good quality Food articles / Other articles

The bidder must have annual turnover equal or Above the estimated value of the respective bid for the Previous three financial years i.e. (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) each year separately considered.

Bidder must submit GST registration certificate and latest GST returns (not less than 3 months)

Solvency certificate obtained from Nationalized Bank to be furnished by the bidder equal to the estimated value. (Solvency certificate should not be earlier than 6 months from the last date of bid submission)
