Construction of Two Class Room Building for PU.Middle School at Koilyanur West in Koilyanur Block in Villupuram District.

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete.

ReFilling in Basement with Excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well watered, rammed and conslidated complying with standarad specification etc complete.

Supplying and filling in basement with conveyed gravel in layers not more than 15cm thick, well ramed and consolidated complying with stanadard specification.

Supplying and filling in basement with M.Sand in layers not more than 15cm thick, well ramed and consolidated complying with stanadard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffiots including necessary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items,

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position M.S. or R.T.S. reinforcement grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of mix 1:1.5:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregate) with water proofing compound of 2% by weight of cement used and using 20mm size machine crushed granite stone jelly etc., complete.

Brick work in cement mortor 1:5 thick using country bricks of size 23cmx11cmx7cm and m.sand (One cement and three sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including finishing and curing etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1;5, using 12mm thick in all floors etc.,complete.

Special ceiling plastering with cement mortar 1;3. using 10mm thick in all floors etc.,complete.

Weathering Course Concrete by using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime over the RCC Roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wodden beaters if approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling Lime jaggery water as per standard specification.

Finishing the Top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cmx23cmx2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortor 1:3, 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS at 2% by weight of cement used and the Top pointed with same mortor mixed with redoxide to the full depth of Tiles, complete coplying with stanadard specification.

Paving the floor with best quality Tiles of size 600 mmx 600 mmx 8 mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortor 1:3 , 20 mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colouring pigements and as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification.

Supply of steel door of size 1.20 mx 2.10 m etc.

Supply of steelwindow of size 1.20 mx 1.30 m etc.

Providing Gronolothick floor finish in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 to 12 mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with travel thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Distembering two coats with best approved oil bound distember including cost of painting with prime coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materils to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Providing and fixing PVC. Rainwater downfall pipes of size 110 mm diametre with necessary shoes, bends and other specials, clamps, screws, nailteakwood plugs etc complete including cost of all materials. The rate include cost of removable cast iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of teak wood plugs to be used is 150 mmx 25 mm in front and 200 mmx 75 mm in rear and all other sides with a depth of 100 mm. the pipe is to be fixed by means of U clamps at the centre of the pipe to be fixed in addition to these for more than three metres pipe length, complete complying with standard specification.
