M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken surfaces of the slab in following sequences:-

(a) Slope correction by using M-20 (Nominal Mix) concrete minimum 25mm thickness at one end and a slope of 1:20 by using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with liquid water proofing Chemical PIDI PROOF-LW mixed in proporation 200ml /50 Kg cement of DR Fixit of Pidilite Industries Ltd or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd in proporation 200ml / 50 Kg cement or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete.

(b) PCC padding with cement concrete (1:1.5: 3) type A 0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick with integral water proofing compound "Dr Fixit" manufactured by M/S Bouchemic or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Vertical sides plastered in CM (1:3), 15mm thick with liquid WPC and 72 hours testing for water tightness by ponding of water complete all as specified and directed

(d) Application of two coats water proof black manufactured by M/S Dr fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions all over and testing again for water tightness by ponding of water for 72 hours complete all as specified and directed

S&F, Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, in opening complete all as specified and directed

S&F, Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
