Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping side including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block paver having thickness 60 mm (sixty milimetre) of M40 grade approved make as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 or as directed by the engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying 40 mm (forty millimetre )thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement or as directed by the engineer in charge including carriage of materials with inall leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing Uni-stone 12mm (twelve millimetre) cladding on RCC surface side as on faces of Arch masonary walls etcetera on 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement plaster 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) and jointed with cement slurry including scaffolding etcetera complete including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed gaurd bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

15mm (fifteen millimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all levels including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Finishing walls with water proof exterior grade emulsion of Asian paint or exterior emulsion of approved design Apex exterior of Alek exterior of Asian paints as per approved shade on undecorated wall surface (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as per specification as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Second class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) curing complete including all taxes and carriage of material, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Half brick masonry using second class common brunt building brick of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) curing complete including all taxes and carriage of material, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint of Asian / Nerolac brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamel paint other than white including all taxes, carriage of materialwithin all leads and lifts as per specification as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.
