Taking down aluminium/ wooden chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) incl grill not exc. 1.5 Sq. m each, and stacking for issued under Sch of Credit.

S&F as in repair anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre , including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25 mm thick laid over 15mm thick cement rendering in CM 1:4 as in cills, jambs of window, cooking platform laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including taking down of old Cuddapah stone complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S & F anodised aluminium section for sliding / openable window / doors of reqd size medium weight section, plain glass on and aluminium wire cloth shutters with two nylon roller on each shutters including star lock handle, soft rubber gasket or aluminium glazing beading fixed with nickel plated screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix repairs aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm & fixed with aluminium wire staples.

Supply only 4-5 mm thick glass ordinary quality in each pane for aluminium sliding window complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only 5 mm thick figured glass pin head in each pane for aluminium sliding window area n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F as in repairs anodised aluminium alloy curtain rods with fixing brackets and fixing screws complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc removing rubbish to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement.
