The motor casing shall be of cast iron, pump shaft/ motor shaft shall be of stainless steel, pump bowls shall be of high graded cast etc. including necessary fixing arrangement in the roof of the building, including electrical connections suction strainer and suction, delivery water connections complete all as specified and as directed. The pump and motor shall comply to all the requirements of relevant IS. (ii) Any thing missed out for efficient operation of pump set as per manufacturer recommendation is deemed to be included in the rate quoted

(A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 30 KVA/ nearest higher available capacity at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 5000, IS: 13364 Part I (1992) and shall be in position to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerance. All civil works including PCC plat form and related foundations including for panel and equipments including making good of distrubed area during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer. Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in the above offer. D) Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 30 KVA DG Set. (i) Tested by NABL approved lab as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (iii) The generating set battery should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be inside the enclosure, however, the fuel storage shall be enough for 8 hrs continuous operation. If required contract may arrange outside fuel storage capacity to achieve this (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : - a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick. b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- 100 mm thick rock wool(minimum density 64kg/Cum)/ fire resistance foam/puff as per OEM/ as per standard manufacturing to achieve desired decibel level Item continued as serial no 19.30

vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. viii) The enclosure should be suitably internally illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. ix) The noise level should be 75 dB at 1m under free field conditions. x) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. Note :- (i) The complete DG Set shall be procured from authorised OEM of the manufacturer of engine. A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the GE. (ii) Circulation system to achieve desired inside temperature of acoustic enclosure, if required shall be provided as per OEM recommendation. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site as specified in PS and IS requirements in presence E/M Offr detailed by accepting officer, all testing arrangements/ equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of lubricant oil, DHPP for 12 hours testing and final successful acceptance test. Supply and install testing and commissioning open well submersible pump set with cast iron impeller, directly coupled with motor, minimum total head 28 meter and discharge min 600 LPM (Not less than 7.5HP, 2930 RPM, prime mover) operated on 3 phase, AC, voltage range 200V-440V, 50 Hz. M & L for premix bituminous macadam 50 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 0.74 cubic meter of stone chippings mixed with 36.50 kg binder per 10 SQM using VG-10 Bitumen, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete, all specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix), rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using VG-10 bitumen binder complete, all as specified and as directed. Note : Semi dense ashphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix, contractor shall quote his rates considering the bitumen contents as 5.5% .
