S&F single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole 20 amps MCB complete all as spec ified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for submain wiring with 2X4.0 SQMM+1X4 SQMM Earth Wire single core PVC insulated FRLSH sheathed copper cable connecting to common earth dolly in and including heavy duty PVC Casing and Caping with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying transporting to site, erecting and fixing in position, steel tubular swaged and welded HT poles of under mentioned height and type 410 SP 55, IS 2713 maked with mild steel base of 11 mtrs height ( Fillet welded to poles), pole cap/ finial taper plug, bolts, mnuts, wahsers etc, including painting on the outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embeded in concrete and painting 03 nos band/ strips with fluorescent, PO box red synthetic enamel paint (30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block and numbering of poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cross arms bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying installing, testing and commissioning of air break, gang operated, triple pole switch, outdoor, vertical mounting type of capacity 400 amps, ISI marked, mechanically operated on insulators and frame work with operating mechanism worked from ground lwvel, with locking arrange4ments including 65mm pad lockes with two keys, complete with fuse mounts, fuse carriers and HT fuse elements having 11000 amp rating suitable for HT KV, 50 Hz Ac supply incl necessary electric connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth for laying of cables/poles or foundation etc and getting out all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Complete all as per iten No 7.00 herein before but exceeding 1.5 mtr deep but not exc 3.0mtr deep all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone in wall, reataining wall any thickness, size, shape,base of pole in pole pit and foundation etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cast-in-situ as mass filling and coping of pole and strut, stay around the pole etc all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm apart all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for sand cushoning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : Compacted Thickness shall be 18 cm considered for measurement and payment purpose.

M&L for sub class `B` bricks for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & fix cable end jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for outdoor type termination cold shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core 95 Sqmm core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning transformer of capacity 400 KVA step down , outdoor double wound with copper winding complete filled with oil with standard fittings, HT 11 /0.433 KV, 3phase 50Hz AC oil innersed with IS :335 ISI mark filtered & dehydrated transformer oil with ONAN type cooling with external cooling tubes/radiators having nolaod voltage ratio 11/0.433KV (corresponding to princial tapping) delta connection on primery side (HV connection) Star connection on secondary side(Secondary outgoing) in accordance with vector group symbol (DYN-11) confirming to IS :1180 Part-I (2021) EEL-2 as per GOI Gazette Notification No CG-DL-E-08042021-226437 dt 8th Apr 2021 and having off circuit tap changer in steps of 2.5% on HV side to take care of voltage from (+)7.5% to (-7.5%) to give output on 433V secondary side and including initial oil filling to approprite level ,control cable and following standard fittings complete all asspecified and directed including following (a) Oil conservator with oil filling hole cap and drain plug (b) 01 No prismatic oil level gauge mounted on conservator wall with first fill of charge up to maximum level (c) Silica gel dehydration breather with oil seal and first fill of charge (d) Pressure release valve with automatic resetting arrangement after relaese of pressure-01 set (e) Adequate number of thermometer pocket including one thermometer (f) Top oil filter valve(g) Botom oil filter cum drain valve (h) Rating diagram and terminal marking plate (i) Earthing terminal 04 Nos (j) Lifting lug - 02 set (k)Jacking pads 01 Set (l) Under carriaige with 04 Nos plain roller (m) Air release plug on main transformer tank

Supply, and fixing bus bar chamber 4 Way outdoor type factory made out of CRCA sheet dust & vermin proof , front opening door having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof, antirusted powder coated painted including aluminium Bus Bar of 1000 Amps rating bus size 45 cm long x 50mm wide x 15mm thick, 440 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire having suitable gap to connect the cables of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core and bus mounted on suitable type of insulators incl coloured insulating sleeve on each complete with bottom removable gland plates for inccomming and out going cables, bus chamber mounted on MS angle stand made of MS angle 50mm x 50 mm x 5 mm and should having minimium 45 Cm gap below bus chamber incl necessary PCC foundation work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanisedusing galvanised iron strip 32×6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
