Sound Barrier on G.I Framing. Providing of Aphony Sound Barrier 600x1200x27mm having an NRC upto 0.98 as per IS:8225/ ISO:354/ASTM 423C, STC of 37 and system STC 45 as per IS: 9901-III/ ISO: 140-3/ASTM 90/ 413, Density 650 Kg/ m3, meets stringent Fire Ratings ASTM D- 8 76 a n d B S : 476 , we at h e resistance as per IS 3308, Thermal Insulation as per IS:3346-1980 with relative humidity of 90% RH at 60o Celsius(140o Fahrenheit) for 15 d a y s = N o d e t e r i o r a t i o n . Conforms to En 131682001 and are RoHS Complaint and all joint at the isolation side of the panel are to be sealed with weather proof Epoxy Sealant to= avoid any sound leakages. To be installed on G.I studs 600x600mm center to center 2400mm X 50mm web thickness 0.5mm, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120GSM zinc coating specially designed for Acoustic vibration management and long life with a backing of HIMALYAN ACOUSTICS. 50mm thick,1000 GSM absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant ASTMD 635-1991/Insulation and IS 15061-2002 for excellent results.

PARTITION WALL Providing and fixing of Sound Dampner 12mm 1218x1218 mm made of 10 mm compressed wood cement composites 1250Kg/m3 and 2mm dampner sheet. (37 STC ). To be installed on FR Wooden studs on which the panels are mechanically screwed on size 47x47mm fire and termite resistant hardwood studs spaced at 600x600mm centre to centre with infill of 50mmx1000 GSM thick absorbwool tested as per Fire Retardant ASTMD 635-1991 and IS 15061-2002 for excellent results. All the joints needs to be properly sealed with special Acoustic sealant thus giving an STC upto 45 with ISO Board on back side. ISO Board in the thickness of 10mm, made of compressed wood fibre cement composite 1250 kg/m3 mechanically screwed on all the partition walls and ceiling with joints properly sealed with epoxy acoustic sealant to avoide any sound leakage.
