Temporary pumping Arrangement for pumping the waste water with the help of suitable capacity of sewage submersible pump set after making the provision to divert the sewage from main sump to the existing main header line outside the pump house so that the pumping may be continued during the work is in process . The work will be executed without taking any shut down . DSR-2018 (14.23)

Safety equipments have to be arranged for the workers as the work has to be done in the sewage line chamber. Air Face Mask, air Line breathing apparatus, Hand Blowers, Helmet, Gum Boots, Hand Gloves, Gas Detector, Safety Belts, Portable Ladder, First aid Box, Torch, fire Extinguisher etc arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working.

Lighting arrangement at deep sewage pump house at site of work for safe working of men and material during day and night.

Dismantling the old damaged and out of order sluice valve with existing damaged pipes , Gap piece and other specials from suctions side of deep sewage pump house with the help of cutting the rusted nut bolts , gas cutter , welding machines and other tools & tackles with specialized labour . After dismantling the suctions sluice valve fixing of blank flanges on each side of valves so that the leakage can be avoided for safe working of men & material.

Shifting of old damaged sluice valves gap pieces , pipes and other specials by taking out from deep sewage pump house to safe place with the help of chain pulley block and manual heavy labour.

Supply of double flange non rising spindle sluice valve of size 250 mm PN 1.0. Make-Kirloskar/ IVC/DJB Approved

Supply of M.S. long Bend of size 250 mm dia C class.

Supply of M.S.pipe of size 250mm dia 8mm thick. Make Jindal/Tata

Supply of M.S. flange for 250mm dia pipe , thickness 25 mm.

Supply of Nut bolts of required sizes as per requirement.

Supply of rubber packing sheet.

Installation charges of 250mm dia M.S pipe, 250mm dia bend, 250mm dia M.S Flange and 250mm dia sluice valves in the suction lines of the pumps with the help of all labour like fitter, cutter, welder, helper, beldar, Supervisor, electrician and material used like welding machine, cutter set, welding rods, nut bolts, packing sheet etc along with T&P and transportation of men and material complete arranged at site of work.

Complete painting of pipe line & specials to Protect from rust complete as required at site.

Testing and commissioning of suction pipe line and specials on full load and as per the satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.
