S&F for 10 mm thick Vitrified light shade Coloured tiles, square/ rectangular double polished, area of each tile exc. 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm, in floor including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in floor etc., finishing even & fair surface to receive floor finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor or wall, aprons and laid badded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring of size not less than 500 x 500 mm over 20 mm thick cement mortar (CM) 1:6 screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab of size not less than 500 x 500 mm in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM) 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting and grinding as mirror polishing old kota stone/ green marble flooring including applying9 cement slurry to fill the existing joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including grinding, moulding rounnding and polishing bedding as in, window Cill, kichen shelf plateform etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 25mm thick Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles 30 cm x 30 Cm pre printed coloured, Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry with Grey Cement and Pigment over and including 15mm thick Screed Bed in CM (1:4) as in Path, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 40mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as sub base surface finished even & fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, levelling course, bed block for flooring, rungs, window cills etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and courtyard, finished even and smooth/fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including scaffolding and all safety measures)

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in internal surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using Aluminium Channel, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coat of exterior Acrylic emulsion paint (100% acrylic) of approved colour and shade over a coat of primer and over 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (Whether coat long life) including necessary scaffolding upto 4th floor.

M&L for applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion by Auto Roller over a coat of primer over 2 to 3 mm thick birla putty punning including finishing by Sanding Machine and Auto Roller new surface complete all as specified or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
