Patch Repair Work At ODR Category Roads Under AE 2nd Work Area of PD PWD Hathras

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 53~22.4mm size to water bound macadam of G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work aas per MORD specifications no 405. ( Excluding GST)

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Machanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503 (Rates including of Bitumen VG-10) and Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Surface dressing of the ground/patri including removing vegetation and cleaning jungles including uprooting of trunk vegetaion grass, bushes, wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30 cm measured at a hight of 1m above ground level and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m including all material, labour, T&P etc. complete. All kinds of soil. As per direction of E/I (Excluding cost of GST)
