Hire Charges of JCB for the Constructiion of temporary bandh of mixed soil of Sirsa river bed and excavation of drain channel etc complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work blasting work in soft or hard rook or by cum chiselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prchibited in all leads and lif-ts including trimming and dewatering where ever required dressing of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavaton and then returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. Consolidating each deposited layers by remming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as direction within a lead of 20 mtrs. pick jumper work 50% each as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing,Laying, jointing,testing & commissioning at site in trenches to be levelled to proper grade of Centrifugally Ductile Iron(Spun) pressure pipe confirming to BIS 8329-2000 Class K-7 with sulphate resistance portland cement (confirming to IS 12330 or IS 6909 with latest ammendments), mortar lining on inner side suitable for tyton (push on joints),for sewer line including tyton push joints, bends of all degrees, tees, collars, tapers (if required), crosses, short pieces , tail pieces, plugs of required sizes i/c cutting pieces, chamfering where- ever required ( earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately ) including carriage with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the following nominal diameters.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 4: 8 ( 1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Chaarge.

Providing form work with steel sheets 3.15 mm thick so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, struting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ RCC and PCC work in:-

i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

ii) Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness but not less than 0.10m thickness,) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like.including entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work with design Mix M30 design mix but not lenear than 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement 1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work i/c entire carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.

i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

ii) Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like.including entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Providing & fixing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete including wire and carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing C.I Man hole cover pre-tap cement manhole cover with frame complete in all respect as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer - in -Charge.

Providing and fixing 200 mm wide cast iron rugs with chequred or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in man holes with 200mmx200mmx100mm cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size with in all leads and lifts including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.
