Manufacturing, Supplying, Installing, and successful for commissioning of PLC panel : Pumping Station should be provided with a PLC panel along with software to be programmed for automatic and manual commands, which should integrate with the pumps, motorized valve actuators, installed sensors and the control station panel for data acquisition and control and monitor the input parameters like current, voltage, power consumption by the pumps, tank levels, outlet flow, motorized valve actuators at pumphouse and other sensors installed. which will be programmed for automated and remote pump operations, controlling valves at pumphouse etc. PLC panel shall consisting of following. PLC panel with, operating voltage 24VDC, with USB port for programming, Ethernet port configurable for MODBUS TCP IP, programming and PC communication, 128 digital inputs and 64 digital outputs 16 analogue inputs & 8 Analog Outputs.
