Taking down / Disconnecting carefully XLPE 11 KV HT Cable of size 95/120 Sqmm 3 Core (Total 04 Cables) from the Existing HT Bus Bar Panel after taking proper power shut down and exercising all safety precautions for working personnel complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Taking down / Dismentling carefully existing Old 11 KV HT Bus Bar Panel, approx size (1.2 x 0.6 x 1.5) mtr with Angle Iron Support after taking proper power shut down and exercising all safety precautions for working personnel including transporting and deposited to MES Store Yard (distance approx 4 Km from work site to MES Store Yard) complete all as directed at site.

(Design & Manufacture), Supply and Installation including testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amp, 21 kA, 50 Hz, 4 Way, Ring Main Unit (Outdoor Type) both side extensible SF6 Breaker consisting of 2 INCOMER Isolator and 2 OUTGOING SF6 encapsulated Vaccum Circuit Breaker suitable for outdoor installation with non-touch proof terminal protector with Measuring CTs of ratio 25/5 ring or cubical type with Multifunction Energy Meter, Over Current / Earth Fault relay both with RS 485 port and PT Panel etc to all Isolators and VCBs and all other standard accessories (MOTORISED) (4 WAY - SS+VV+M) including caliberation/setting of each relay according to connected Transformer Load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and laying in trenches including testing & commissioning power cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armored, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 Core (earthed) 11 KV HT grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches including testing and commissioning 4 Core 16 Sqmm, LT UG Power cable, XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multi-stranded aluminium conductor including termination with LT Panel/Pole with galvanised or Cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc including clamping on any type of wall with suitable size of GI Clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in for foundation of pole, stay, laying of cable and pipe etc :

(a) Hard/dense soil

(b) Soft/disintegrated rocks

Returning and filling in, including spreading and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material a distance n. exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for sand for cushioing to under ground cable intrenches incl spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all specified. Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered.

Supply and Laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for protection of cable from mechanical damage complete all as directed.

M&L for laying in trenches of half round un-reinforced precast concrete pipe, of inner dia 150 mm and Outer dia 200 mm, half round for bottom and half round for top and before laying excavated area shall be leveled, complete all as specified and directed. Note : 01 Half round top and 01 half round bottom together will be considered as one running meter. Make :As per sample approved by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and lay G.I pipe 50 mm dia light grade with all fittings required for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Cable Route Marker made up of Cast Iron of dia 100 mm and thickness 4.65 mm with supporting angle iron of size 20 x 20 x 3 mm and height 0.6 mtr for stand including priming, painting embossed word of "LT CABLE" with Arrow Direction in suitable size of letter including necessary earthwork and grouted at suitable depth in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB Control Panel panel weather proof outdoor type double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7032 ( Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The Panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, Gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be provided to render the joints dust proof. All doors and covers shall be provided with cylindrical panel locks and shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and shall be lockable. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars of 100 Amps electrolytic grade and 1 x 4 Pole, MCB, 40 Amps, 415 Volts, 10 KA. The bus bars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & black colour coding and fix horizontally. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment and provision of incoming and outgoing cable. All joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or codmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers. The panel shall be provided with 04 Nos 30mmx30mmx5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at uitable depth as per site requirement. The overall size of the Busbar panel shall not be less than 400 mm x 200 mm x 550 mm (LxDxH).including earthwork all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Chrage. Note : (i) 4 Nos of Entry holes for cables from bottom side shall be provided upto 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core and each busbar shall be provided neccessary arrangement to connect 4 Nos of cables including Nut bolts, washers etc

Supply and laying Synthetic Rubber Insulated Mats 2.5 mm thick for working voltage upto 11KV HT, size (2 x 1) mtr including cleaning with air blower and brush etc and fixed with adhesive before laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/Disconnecting carefully XLPE insulated 11 KV HT Cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core from the Transformer /GOD/RMU and reconnected the same cable to new HT Bus Bar Panel/Transformer/RMU as directed at site carefully after taking proper power shut down and exercising all safety precautions for working personnel complete all as specified and directed at site.

S&F of 11 KV HT Bus Bar Panel weather proof outdoor type single door, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of Post Office Red Colour shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer only. The panel shall be design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, openable locking arrangement for front and back side also, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber. The panel shall be provided with Aluminium bus bars Suitable for 200 Amps 11 KV HT, electrolytic grade of adequate rating and fixed in vertical position. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in dedicated compartment in vertical position. The panel shall be provided with manufacturer's name plate, skull & bones danger notice board etc. The panel shall be provided 4 Nos 50x50x5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 1.2 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 (Type C2) at suitable depth as per site requirement . The overall size of the panel shall not less than 1000mmX600mmX1250mm (LxBxH). The panel shall be provided with 2 Nos of Earting Terminals one on each side of the Panel with earth strip, 04 Nos of entry holes for cables from bottom side 95/120 Sqmm 3 Core cable size and each bus bar shall be arranged to connect 04 Nos of cable including nut, bolts and washers etc. Note : Before manufacturing drawing and design of panel including size & length of busbar shall be approved by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cable End jointing kit for 11 KV HT (Earthed) grade cable for Outdoor End termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 95 Sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable including disconnected the cable from Tfr/VCB/RMU and reconnected the same cable as directed after completion of jointing work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay G.I pipe 100 mm dia light grade with all fittings required for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Road Cutting Size according to site requirement for passing through the electric power cable etc including earthwork and necessary excavation including make good with existing material (i.e. Bitumenous material) to match with the existing fair finish road surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level in any type of soil strata, connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 1991 Part – I connected to outdoor RMU including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover including lifting handle and Earth lead and 20mm Dia GI watering pipe medium grade, Funnel, wiremesh, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for GI Earthing Strip size 25 x 4 mm thick buried directly in ground or fixed on wall with suitable size of SMC/FRP insulators including bolts, nuts and washers etc beyond the 7.5 m length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
