S&F, GI powder caoted snap grid of sizes 605 mm x 605 mm frame work for false ceiling with main tee 32x24x1mm thick, cross tee 26x24x1mm thick and wall angle 24x24x1mm thick, flange covered with PVC thin sheet including gypsum board 7-9 mm thick, duly finished surface (thin PVC layer on gypsum board as per manufacturer instructions) size 600mm x 600mm and the same to be placed in snap grid as in false ceiling and Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hollow PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grained printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish, including Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long and applying 2 coat Oil bound distmeper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in dado, skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm rendering in cement mortar 1:6, including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured joint free non-skid ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding of cement motor 1:6, including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering of cement mortor 1:4, including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 200x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering of cement mortor 1:4, including dismantling existing tiles in pathces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32mm nominal dia 'medium grade' tubes galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to floors as spouts in sunken portions, including taking down existing water tubing, complete all as specified and directed.
