Fabrication of 100 mm dia manifold by Way of providing /fitting/ testing and commissioning of G.I. pipe 100mm NB (Class-B) approximately 12 mtrs. The Pipe shall conform to IS 1239. 2005-part 1st. The job also includes providing/fitting of M.S Flanges conforming to BIS 6392 Part 1st Table 5. The job includes charges on account of Nuts, Bolts & rubber insertion gaskets utilizing of DG set, tools and tackles required for completion of job at site.

Non-return valve: 100mm Providing, Fitting, Testing and Commissioning of Non-Return Valve as per following specifications: - • Nominal Dia : 100 mm • Type : RETO-STOP • Rating : PN 16 • Body : Ductile iron • Corrosion protection : Epoxy Coating Each valve shall be provided with 02 no matching flanges.

Providing and fitting of 100 mm dia MS long radius bends/offsets fabricated out M.S pipe and welded with 18 mm thick MS flange as per Table -5 in two runs of welding. The job also includes cost on account of suitable size nuts, bolts and rubber packing in the flanged joint.
