Repair and renovation of defunct lecture theatre of law department

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 Sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape racking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground outside the University Campus.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture. (All work upto floor V level).

Painting (one or more coats) with synthetic enamel point of Nerolac/ Asian make of required color to give an even shade.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary: Float Glass panes of Thickness 4mm (weighing 10 Kg/Sqm).

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10 Kg/Sqm. (4 mm thick) glass panes including black enamelled ISI marked M.S butt hinges with necessary screws. Second class teak wood 30mm thick shutters.

Painting (Two or more coats) with synthetic enamel point of Nerolac /Asian make of required color to give an even shade.

10cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35 Kg per Cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks of class designation 100 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat: With F.P.S. brick tiles.
