Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing tarfelt and cement plaster of any description and thickness on roof top including flashing and junction of parapet and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming, wire brushing including removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on concrete surface of roof with cement motar (1:4) surface finished even and fair without using extra cement by using liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml/ 50 kg bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made cement concrete tiles (25cmx25cm) x 22mm thick with grey cement and no pigments, machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in roof/terrace, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fitting heads, shoes, bends, swan -necks etc complete as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends of 110 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
