Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay. Stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Plain cement concrete in CC 1:4:8, using 40mm HBG metal including cost of cement, all materials, labour charges including consolidation, curing, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification etc., complete.

Brick work in C.M. 1:5 using class II chamber burnt bricks for super structure including, cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts, as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Reinforced cement concrete in C.C. 1:1 ½ :3 mix using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal for plat form slab including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, vibration charges, with shuttering, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification, etc., complete. (but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.)

Providing steel reinforcement MS/RTS rods up to 16 mm dia for reinforced concrete works, including cost of steel MS/RTS rods, binding wire, labour charges for cutting, straightening bending as per type design drawing, placing aligning, and tying properly with all leads and lift as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5 including cost of cement for Inner/Outer walls including labour, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plain cement concrete in CC 1:2:4, using 12 mm HBG metal including cost of cement, all materials, labour charges including consolidation, curing, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification etc., complete.

Supplying and laying of Double Charged Vitrified tiles of size 600X600X8mm approved quality and colour with ISI std and pointing with filling materials using 0.40kg/m2 including finishing the joint , and pointing flush with tilesurface including cost of all materials,lead, lift, labour, curing etc., complete.

Flooring with Non-slippery Tiles of approved quality and colour, with CM 1:3 10mm thick over cement concrete flooring and pointing with same colured cement including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc, complete as per specification.

Finishing the floor with 20 mm thick cement concrete mix PCC 1:2:4, using 3 to 10mm stone chippings (Ellis pattern first sort - no sand to be used) including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & fixing of granite slab 20 mm thick Jet Block double polished with double side nosing for platform, with CM 1:3, 10 mm thick over the RCC slab and pointing with same coloured cement and paste including all materials, lead, lift and fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.
