Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed with best quality lacally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, wellbonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 06 here-in-before but except stones, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Old stones obtained against demolition shall be used.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses(framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing(Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to grade Fe-410 W(Gde-E-50) quality-A, steel work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to grade Fe.290.Gde-E-165, steel work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made, 2nd class hard wood (sal/hollock), plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides, the side of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, 35 mm thick complete including fixing only iron mongery such as tower bolt,handle,hinges,aldrop bolt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F steel window (box type) factory made with sidehung shutter including pintol hinges, steel handles, steel peg stay and all locking arrangement complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide primercomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.. Note : i) The window shall be fabricated as per Drg No CEUZ/TD/1269/2008 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 . ii) MS fillets, glazing wire gauge shall be measured and paid seprately.

Pressed steel frames of size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc and providing one shop coat of primer and tarring back side of frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto all as per item above but on skirting over vertical surfaces & including 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in grout of matching shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing, granite cutting and mirror polish finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado & pillar over 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing, granite cutting and mirror polish finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles exceeding .075 sqm but not exceeding 0.15sqm as in vertical/Dado surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, jointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protrection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick glossy finish set over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) with neat cement and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size confirming to IS15658-2006 of 60 mm thick (M-35 Grade) with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of path/hardstanding, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fine sand filling under floor in layers not exceeding 25cm each layer including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including tiles of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of bricks work/concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) as on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- Plaster shall be carried out upto any height in patches and contractor shall have no claim for height and scaffolding what so ever is required to complete the work.

S&F Steel rolling shutter (curtain made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet) area exc. 5sqm each with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, guide chennels, strike plate etc and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated push pull or manual type ,thickness of laths 1mm ,incl taking down carefully existing old rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of existing old water proofing treatment as in roofs and Preparing RCC roof slab top by wire brushing and cleaning the dust and foreign materail etc , there after applying 15mm thick cement plaster on concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing and Cleaning the dust and foreign materail etc complete for roof surfaces (plaster/concrete) and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20kg/Sqm and there after laying of a layer of APP based polymeric membrane (five layered with centre core as 100 microns high molecular high density polyethylene film) weighing not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm and reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on bituminous surface by press application method with 75mm side overlap and 100mm end overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch application and overlaps sealed and finished neat, after that applying one coat of bitumen 85/25 grade on top surface @ 1.20 kg/Sqm and blinded with premier dry sand @ 0.5 kg/Sqm dusted over bitumen coat, incl.applying two coats of aluminium paint over roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement motar 1:6 on fiar faces of brick work concrete surface even and smooth (in without using extra cement) as on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

E/M Portion:- Taking down carefully alu./copper point wiring ,light fan socket, or power complete with fittings such as switches ceiling rose;holders; regulators, socket etc removing material to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse or disposal by credit and marking good to disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for concealed point wiring with FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cables of 1.5 sqmm size alongwith one earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm size through and including PVC concealed conduit for fixing of switches, sockets,light, fan regulators etc for the following complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
