S&F 12 mm thick plywood commercial type BWR grade size 1950mmx900mmx12mm thick (in one piece only) as top of the charpoy GI Pipe with mild steel Screw bolt (Machine made) of size 75 mm long, 6 mm thick with hexagonal or square head at one end and screw the other with washer, including removal of old unserviceable ply top.complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Green Ply/Century/Archid.

M&L dismentling of existing unserviceable/broken long rail and S&F new long rail of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm size bore duly ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed . Make Jindal/TATA/PRAKASH.

M&L dismentling of existing unserviceable/broken short rail and cutting of old long rail obtained from Srl No 1.02 to the required size for short rail including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of Old u/s legs of Charpoy and S&F of new legs made out of old broken short rails retrieved from item Sr No 1.03 above by cutting and threading at one end and fixing 3mm thick base MS circular plates of 55mm dia duly painted at other end as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing MS Iron Strips 08 Nos of size 50mmx6mm, 75mm long duly holed/drilled for tightening plywood and strip with countersunk screws/suitable nuts, bolts and washers and welded to rails of charpoys each side 02 Nos strips including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, Complete all as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge. Note : One Number of MS flat iron strip 50mmx6mmx75mm long is measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing flat MS iron 02 Nos of size 50mmx6mm thick , 900 mm long providing 02 Nos of holes /drilled in each flat iron for tightening plywood on flat iron along with longrail with countersunk screws/suitable nuts & bolts with washers on both sides of flat MS iron and including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, Complete all as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge. Note : One Number of MS flat iron strip 50mmx6mmx900mm long is measured as one unit.

M&L dismentling of existing unserviceable elbow GI three way and S&F new elbow GI three way suitable for GI Pipe med grade 32 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed .

REPAIR TO LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL FD-1029/54(M)

M&L dismentling of existing unserviceable Handles and S&F new handles CP steel 75mm long with suitable SS screws of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismentling of unserviceable bottom legs, S&F of new bottom legs duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour be of 1 mm thick PBI sheet by welding and finishing with mild grinding and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge..

S&F shelves made of 1 mm thick MS sheet duly painted shape and size as specified on drg.

Dismentling of unserviceable locking asembly with complete mechanism and S&F new MS locking assemly with base plate (Complete mechanism) with upper and lower bars with lock as shown in drg or as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Denting/bending/welding, repairs of damaged parts, fixing loose shelves, scraping and complete removal of existing coat of paints filling, finishing and painting of Almirah Medium steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint approved color (Make: Berger/ Asian Paint) with spray and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed hard steel to be made of 12 mm thick (7Ply) commercial plywood BWR grade, confirming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked and to be fixed with appropriate sizes of SS nuts & bolts with washers without having any joints after tightening of frame by welding. make : Green Ply/Century Ply/Archid Ply shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO HEAD BOARD : Removing of unserviceable board of head rest and S&F new board of Head rest to be made of 18 mm thick Ext grade MDF board of approved shade duly covered with PVC beading 2 mm thick all around (Make : Action Tesa/Green Pannel Max) of size with suitable Screws with the cleats as specified on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO FOOT BOARD :All as per Srl item No. 6.02 but for foot board.

M&L, scraping of existing coat of paints complete filling, finishing and painting of Bed Hard steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Make: Berger/ Asian Paint) with spray and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new PVC hard Rubber Shoes as per drg or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-256) :

Removing of existing unserviceable old cane and recaning of chair Verandah with new plastic white cane of 4.00 mm wide half round cane.

M&L with gas welding to broken components of steel frame so as to bring the whole item in serviceable condition, welding portion should be smoothed by grinder as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting of chair steel frame with two coat of synthethic enamel paint of white shade Make : Berger/Asian paints after removing the rubber shoes , including preparation of old surface by mild grinding all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TEAPOY VERANDAH. (FD- 255) :

Removing of unserviceable top of table in any positon, S&F new top made out of 18/19 mm thick Ext grade MDF board of approved shade Make : Action Tesa/Green Pannel Max (ISI Marked) duly post-formed (PFT) with PVC beading of 2mm on both sides including welding of loose joints of existing frame before fixing the top. shape and size all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Dismentling of unservicable locks of Almirah Med/Large with shelves/large 1/2H,1/2 S and S&F new locks of four holesof approved make as specified and shown in drg.

S&F of cleats shall be made of 2 mm thick MS Steel made to shape and fix in the Almirah to support the shelves for items Srl No. 3.00, 4.00 & 5.00 complete as directed

Supplying and fixing in replacement foam cushion (ISI Marked IS-1741) (Make : Sleep Well/Kurl-On) 10 Nos in each set for sofa 3 pieces, 5 seater. Size of cushion 22"x21"x4" thick foam of 40 density for seat & back covered with superior quality tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 250/- per sq meter as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge. NOTE: The foam cushion in original packing with warranty card and tapestry cover (with zip opening system) shall be brought seperately at furniture yard and after inspection the same shall be fixed.

Removing of old unserviceable tapestry cloth from existing foam cushion, supplying and fixing superior quality tapestry cloth, size of the cover should be 22"x21"x4" with Zip opening system of best quality easy to removeable and washable not less than Rs 180/- per metre to 200/-RM as approved by GE/Engr - in - Charge to the foam cushion (10 Nos in each set) as per existing. Complete all as directed.

REPAIR TO BED HARD WITH PLY TOP ( FD-246/247) :

S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed Hard Plytop/Newar to be made of 12 mm thick (7 Ply) commercial plywood , BWR grade, confirming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked and to be fixed with 25 mm long steel secrew without having any joints, Make of ply : Archid Ply/Green ply/Century shape and size, as per drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable long rail shall be First class class hardwood well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and dead knots, shape and size, all as on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 1.02 above but Short Rail/Stiffener.

HEAD REST : Unserviceable ply to be replaced by 3 mm thick ply wood both sides of Head Board one side teak faced and other side commercial plywood BWR grade general purpose type confirming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked including teak wood beading all around and 1/2 cut 12 mm dia beading made to shape as shown on drg or directed by Engr-In-Cahrge.

FOOT REST : All as per Srl Item No. 1.04 above but foot rest.

Repair to Chair Dining Cushioned FD/MAP-II/04

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of Chair Dining Cushioned and S & F new seat frame of size 460x450 mm made from commercial plywood 12 mm thick and 75mm thick 40 D foam cushion, duly covered with cloth of approved quality and shade, duly stitched all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
