Railway board has issued guidelines vide Ln. 2019/Elect (G)/165/1 dt.22.04.2020 to decided eligibility criteria as under: The financial eligibility criteria as contained in GCC 2018 or any amendment thereafter may be dispensed with in cases of bidders who are either OEMs or Sources approved by RDSO, this exemption shall be extended to PUs approved sources also for various safety/vital items which were transferred to PUs vide Board's letter no.2001/RS(G)/779/7 dated 07.12.2016

(Annexure -V) & (Annexure -V(A)) has been attached 7.Whether all pages of tender document and all supporting documents have been attached in Bid. 8.Whether List of work completed attached (As per Annexure-1) has been attached. 9.Whether List of works on hand, indicating description of work, contract value/ approximate value of balance work yet to be done and date of award. (As per Annexure-2) has been attached. 10.Whether Bank details have been attached (As per Annexure - 3) 11.Self- Attested Copy of Declaration of regarding Employment /Partnership etc. of retired Railway Employee as per clause no. 16 (Read: PART-I Instruction to Tenderer (ITT) tender form second sheet.) (Annexure -4) 12.Whether declaration for Legal obligations (Annexure -5) has been attached. 13.Whether clause wise deviations schedule (if applicable) is attached as per Annexure-6? 14.Whether GST registration (Copy) is attached. 15.Whether Copy of PAN card has been submitted by Tenderer. 16.Whether all the relevant documents pertaining to the composition of the firm i.e. Partnership, Proprietary, PSU, JV, Govt. Department or Pvt.
