Material and labour for cutting V grooves 15mm x 15mm in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling /making good with epoxy based compound NITOMORTAR PE of FOSROC chemicals or Equivalent as per directions of manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed

Providing, Supplying, and applying of four components Inorganic-Organic IPN based self-smoothing 2mm thick trowel applied flooring system like InOrthane of Dr CIPY or equivalent make, having compressive strength between 38-40 MPa as per ASTM D 579; tensile strength not more than 10 MPa as per ASTM D 638; elongation not less than 3% as per ASTM D 638; Abrasion resistance should not be more than 16mg loss by CS 17 wheel 1000 cycles, according to ASTM D 4060, Flexural strength should not be less than 20 MPa as per ASTM D 790; Shore D hardness minimum 75 as per ASTM D 2240; Impact resistance between 9-10 N-m as per ASTM D 2794, Scratch resistance value should be 8 Mohs Scale as per ISO 13630, all the above process shall be undertaken by a manufacturer approved applicator, the surface must be clean, dry, and sound concrete and shall be surface prepared using scarification & Grinding.

Priming : Providing, Mixing and applying 1 coat of Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer, Dr. Fixit Primer seal primer at a rate of 7.0 to 8.0 sq.mt / Litre in the SSD condition and allow the primer to dry for 4 hrs prior to application of Dr. Fixit Roof seal Ultra topcoat waterproof coating systems all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs venetian blinds, horizontal type, 20-30mm slot width of approved fabric and top rails linked together by a cord pulley system including dismantling old damaged one complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The colour,design and shade shall be as approved by GE.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for removal of debries complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair to cracks by cut opening the cracks in V-groove manner up to 5 to10 mm wide by mechanical cutter, clean the groove with air blower to remove dust, dirt etc., fill the cracks with Dr. Fixit PU Sealant after necessary cleaning. post filling, apply one coat of polyurethane coating over the sealant by sandwiching 45 gsm fiber mesh between sealant and PU coating. The width of PU coating shall be 100 mm, applied all along the length of cracks complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and levelling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick cement screed over roof concrete surface in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying single component, GRIHA certified, water based eco-friendly high performance UV resistant elastomeric hybrid polyurethane coating, Dr. Fixit Roof seal Ultra without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70/litre/Sq.mt/Coat in 1st coat until all surface is covered, laying a 45 GSM Fibre glass mesh as a reinforcing material which is incorporated in the coating when the first coat is still in wet condition. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90° to the first coat. Ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles on the membrane surface. Apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Roof seal Ultra without dilution, spreading at the rate of 0.70 litre / Sq.mt /Coat to achieve total dry film thickness of 850 to 1000 microns at forced coverage at the rate of 1.40 litre / Sq.mt in 2 coats.

The coating shall be done on entire horizontal area , upstands, vertical parapet wall etc., this coating shall meet and exceed the ASTM D 6083 - 97a standard specification. attains a Tensile strength of ≥ 4.00 N/mm2 with 45 GSM glass fibre mesh confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break ≥300% and crack bridging ability up to 3 mm, Solar Reflectance Index as per ASTM E 1980 – 105, Water permeability @5 bar – Nil as per EN12390 - 8:2019. Air cures the coating for 7 days. Demolition of RCC as in Chajja of fourth storey building or height upto and including 10 mtr etc., including cutting old reinforcement to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour water proofing treatment to the sunken portion with following steps :- (i) removing of exiting treatment including cleaning with wire brush. (ii) 15mm th plaster in CM (1:3) including using of WPC as per manufacturers instructions along with the entire perimeter of sunken portion. (iii) Applying two coats of brush bond of FOSROC or equivalent, second coat will be applied after complete drying of first coat or after 24 hours. (iv) Sunken floor kept ponded with water for minimum period of 48 hours. (v) one 450mm long 32 mm dia spout pipe of CPVC fixed to slope.
