Renewal to the road from ML21-Suriyanallur - Velappampalayam Road to S.Alampalayam Km 0/0 - 4/420 including routine maintenance of 5 years Part A - Construction Work Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Earth work excavation and depositing on back with an initial of 10m and lift 2m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth etc., as per SS 20 B including laying and spreading in layers of 250 mm loose thick each, sectioning , watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content as determined in occurrence with complete as per MoRD 111, 112, 202, 900, 301, 304

Providing and laying Gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading , watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required protect density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller, water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete. Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal Km 0/0 - 1/0

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with Primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.4

Bituminous Concrete (BC) Providing BC 30 mm Thick (GradeII) Using VG30 Bitumen Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

RUMBLE STRIPS COVERED WITH BITUMINOUS SURFACE Provision of 1 nos. rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm high at centre, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking. Km 0/0 - 1/65

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Hectometre stone of standard design (size 0.90m x 0.15m x 0.15m) as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703

Providing and Fixing Logo of PMGSY Project Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Maintenance board as per MORD specifications and drawing Three MS Plates of 16 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm 600mm below ground level The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Providing and fixing of retro -reflectorised Cautionary,mandatory and information sign as per IRC: 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting,1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmX75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mmx450mmX600mm,600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 - 600mm Equilateral triangle or Size as per IRC :67-2001

ROAD MARKING WITH HOT APPLIED THERMOPLASTIC COMPOUND WITH REFLECTORISING GLASS BEADS ON BITUMINOUS SURFACE Providing and Laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass breads as per IRC 35. The Finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH specification No :803

Providing and erecting of Retro - reflectorized cautionary , Mandatory and Informatory signs (without definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type - IV standards of IRC - 67: 2012 and ASTM D -09, Specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a black supporting frame of25MMx25mmx3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75x75x6 mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundadation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials , equipment, Machinary and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. Higj intensity Retro Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro - reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67 - 2012 ( as per MORTH Specification No 801) STOP sign board 750mm
