M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base finishing fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing challenger antistatic, 2.0mm thick sandwiched type heterogeneous flooring in rolls form in width of 1.5mtr and continuous length of 20mtrs, surface electric resistance to be between 107 to 108 ohms including skirting in approved design and shade, including copper strips on periphery of the rolls as per manufacturer's instructions and connecting the copper strip at the end of the flooring to a bus bar connected to earth point and further sealing the joints by thermal welding process on a smooth and moisture free levelled floor surface using rubber based adhesive as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Design and shade shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for preparation of roof top surface of RCC slab by cleaning all the dust and loose material by wire brushing/blower/grinder including removal of vegetation/plantation from the roof surface and comprising of the following treatment: (a) M&L for preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethane modified acrylic roofing system, co-elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethane and fully fiber reinforced, having sun reflectivity index (SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. (b) M&L for treatment with crack seal of all cracks up to 3mm at corner joints, channel and parapets . (c) M&L for applying three coats including one coat of primer of ShaliUrethane BTD/Sikalastic 560/Smartcare damp proof ultra having coverage @ 0.75Kg/m² (min) and dilution up to 10% and laying reinforced fiber net and applying two coats of ShaliUrethane BTD/Sikalastic 560/Smartcare damp proof ultra @ total consumption 2Kg/m² in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx. 350%. The material shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 6hrs interval between two coats will be maintained. All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Make: STP / SIKA / ASIAN PAINT LTD or equivalent as approved by GE.

NOTES FOR ITEM NO. 31: - (i) Application of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by manufacturer or their Authorised Applicator only. (ii) 2.5% Amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However, contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fails to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor's risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashment the FDR deposited by the contractor as the guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

M & L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited all as specified and applying two layers of guniting over and including steel welded mesh having 2 mm dia of wire and aperture 50mm, total thickness of gunite n.exc 25mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar 1: 2 using OPC 53 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunited surface of required thickness to give even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar ( 1 : 3) to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc. of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, Lintels, columns and beams etc. complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 4 storey bldgs including finishes as existing complete all as specified & directed . Note:- Steel welded mesh is to be welded with the existing reinforcement . The cost of welded mesh deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of area valve service units for 3 service. It should meet with the requirements of the HTM 02-01 or NFPA 99, CE certified, UL listed, adopter having opening by quarter turn of handle. The valve should be pneumatically tested as per BSEN 1057 for twice the working pressure and degreased for medical gas service . Valve box should be equipped with components for shutting off and allowing supervision by Hospital staff & should allow the ward staff to isolate the areas for maintenance and repair work. The pressure monitoring of the distribution system is done by pressure gauges. In case of emergency the door can be glass break opened or by unlocking using the key complete all as specified and directed.
