SR to Keshara to Malasapadar Road road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation grass, bushes, shurbs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used etc. complete including cost. , conveyance, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam IRC Grade-III (53mm to 22.4mm) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoRD by manual means including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 4 Kg per 10 Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 2 Kg per 10 Sqm on the bituminous surface and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil including hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock & boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, Cess & T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & filling manualy with aproved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering ramming to proper density with cost,conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges of all materials and cost of all labour & T&P as required for the item of work including Cess etc complete as per specification & direction ofEngineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Chargeslabour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if neCessary with cost, conveyance royalty, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and Cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of M-15 of controlled qualityhaving a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 150Kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using hard crusher broken granite materials of 40mm size and down graded consistence with strengthof approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance royalty, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges of all materials and labour with T&P & Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge. Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ plain/ reinforcement concrete abutment/ wing wall/ return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope 1(V) to 20 (H) towards drawing face including all cost, conveyance , all labour T&P sundries etc complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the E.I.C
