S&F flame proof switch socket with termination chamber made of die cast aluminium, alongwith 01 x plug top, double pole 16A, 250V all as speciifed and directed by Engr In Charge. Make : Sudhir Cat.No.- SS/2C/2021 or equivalent in Bajai/ crompton Greaves.

Taking down of unsv flame proof exhaust fan of cap 380 mm sweep of any make from its existing position and servicing including PVC sleeves lead wires, bearings etc painting, testing and re-fixing in existing position of exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE :- The brunt motor should be rewinded and the same will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ)

M & L for rewinding of unsv flame proof exhaust fan of cap 380 mm sweep of any make by super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and size with Garware insulating paper, insulating varnish and oven drying for requisite insulation values including necessary and testing after assembling in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F FLP/WP in alluiminum alloy LED tube light fittings (with flame proof) 1x20 W made prewired including connecting with FRLS 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 to the fitting complete all as specified and directed . Make:-Ctrompton Greaves cat No.EXTN2LT8-16/20-VE or equivalent to Sudhir/ Philips / Havells Note: The rate shall be including necessary fitting arrangment for light fitting on ceiling.

Labour for re-installation of existing flameproof light (retrived from Item No-55) of any cap all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement of LED tube of cap 20 watt, 4' long suitable for flame proof light fitting installed at any position re-fixing of the same after replacing the tube all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S & F FLP die cast alluiminum alloy bulk head fitting , of cap 45 watt including connecting with copper conductor FRLS 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 to the fitting complete all as specified and directed . Make:-Sudhir cat No. BH / 124 / 45 or equivalent in CG/ Bajaj. Note: The rate shall be including necessary fitting arrangment for light fitting on ceiling/ wall.

S & F Sub main wiring with PVC insulated FRLS cable 2 runs single core 1.5 sq mm 1100 V grade with stranded copper conductor cable using proper colour coding Phase Red /Yellow /Blue, Neutral- black and earth- green in and including stove enameled steel conduit of suitable size with all accessories required for flame proof wiring such as FLP bends elbow, unions, plug, juction box, flexible connecting pipe, glands etc surface type in wall/ceiling/floor/roof etc provision of PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire for point wiring of flame proof light fittings all as specified and directed. Note : 3 runs of cable and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit
