NOTE : (i) All the breakdown shall be attended within 08 hours failing which a penal recovery of Rs 1,000/- per day shall be recovered from Contractors due payment till system repairs completed satisfactorily for partial breakdown and Rs, 5000/- per day for whole breakdown of system till system repairs completed satisfactorily.
