CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) S & F long rail 32mm bore Galvanized Iron (GI) Pipe medium grade with necessary threading of both ends all as per drawing including dismantaling unserviceable long rail complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting and providing new threading of old GI pipe 32 mm bore damage long rail obtained from ser item No 1.00 above make it suitable size short rails/legs as per drawing & fixing the same in position including taking out old damaged short rails/legs all complete as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

S & F 12mm thick (7 ply) plywood BWR grade conforming to IS 303, ISI marked of size 1.98m x0.9m in single piece including provideing of 02 Nos of stiffeners of size 900mm x 25 mm x 25 mm made of square pipe with required shape fixing with long rails with the help of MS Flat iron clit of size 75mm x 25mm at an appropriate distance so as to fit tightly against the inner pipes of both long rails at an equal intervals to provide more strength to hard top with making necessary holes or perforations shall be made in GI pipe (03 holes on each long rails and 02 holes on each short rails and fixing with counter shank screw 65 mm long with and including. Corners of plywood shall be rounded of and suitably hole with rose bit to prevent head of nuts/bolts from protruding out with all four corners bottom of plywood to which chiseled/ suitably sheared off to be extent to ensure housing raised portion of elbow and check nuts if required to make the ply wood sit flat on long rails evenly throughout. including remving of old, worn out nylon newar from existing char poy GI pipe Remaining details complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All new components shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only" However labour elements in respect of dismantaling & reassembling the item with old serviceable component to be refixed are deemed to be inclusive under this item only)

Replacement of seat made of first class hard wood of finished size 50 x 25mm with making cane holes slightly rounded or chamfered on edges duly canned with 2mm wide semi oval shape white plastic cane (Sample of Cane as approved by the accepting authority) with alround beading of 4mm wide plastic cane in Godrej pattern as shown in drawing and fitted duly screwed with metal screws with bolts and washer to the frame including all wooden surfaces shall be finished with two coats of black polish a coat of pink primer after preparation of surfaces smooth with using sand paper complete all as specified and shown on drgs FD-75 (M).

Replacement of arm rest made of first class hardwood duly screwed with screws with nuts and washer including all timber surfaces of arm rest shall be finished smooth with using sand paper applying two coats of black French polish including applying primer, taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and shown on drgs FD-75 (M).

Removing of old serviceable following item from chair and refixing the same duly screwed with new screwed with nuts and washers after polishing with two coats of French polish after necessary preparartion of old polished surfaces smooth with using sand paper complete all as specified and as directed.
