Maintenance of constructed road for next five yrears after the actual date of Completion The amount to be paid as total maintenance cost for next five years in the form of installment as below. (Rates are including labour cess but excluding GST) 1st Year Zero and 2nd year after the actual date of completion @0.75% of total construction cost.

3rd year @1.50% of total construction cost.

4th year @2.25% of total construction cost

5th year @3.00% of total construction cost.
