Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 Mord SL No. 3.4 (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable)

CTSB- Providing laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade, adding OPC cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to from a layer of sub base (Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

CTB- Providing, laying, spreading Material on a prepared sub base, OPC cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting tith the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strebth and to form a layer of sub base (Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom As per MORD Specification & Clause no 503, 5.2 (Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat As per MORD Specification 508 & Clause 5.9 (Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

Providing and applying seal coat type "C" comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne kN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades As per MORD Specification 510 & Clause 5.12 (Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. Mord SI. No. 3.14 (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable)

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections. As per MORD Specification & Sr. No. 302(ii), 3.5 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203, PCC Grade M-10 (ii) Nominal mix 1:3:6. As per MORD Specification & Sr. No. 800 & 1200, 11.4(i) complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess & Roylty but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203, Brick masonery in 1:4 cement mortar As per MORD Specification & Sr. No. 600 & 1200, 11.5(ii) complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Providing & Laying 600 mm Dia RCC Hume Pipe NP-3. Including collars /spigot and socketed type joint, confirming to BIS specification as per IS 458:2003. As per PWD Specification & S.I.No. 60(b) complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Supply and laying of Compacted 40mm gauge brick ballast arround and below hume pipe. As per PWD Specification and SI.No. 2(a) complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 613.3 and 1204, As per MORD Specification & Sr. No. 600, 12.2 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)
