Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring copper / aluminium (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden board etc., including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans etc., removal from site under Sch of credit and removal of unserviceable items out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated,FRLSH unsheathed, multistrand, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through with and including non metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia and its accessories fixing on wall/ceiling/trusses with suitable clamps , screws etc including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing, 1.6 mm thick MS terminal box finished to wall with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover all as specified for :-
